Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.
Returnable within 14 natural days
The website supports no reason to return or exchange within 14 natural days.
If you receive the product for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.
Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days
Our service hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (PST).
Return orders submitted after 5:00pm will be prioritized for the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Returns need to be made within 14 natural days after you sign for the pearl and diamond necklace, and the pearl and diamond necklace is new and undamaged with all accessories.

If you have decided to return the goods, you can follow the following process:
1. Pack the pearl and diamond necklace: please pack the pearl and diamond necklace in its original packaging, including the accessories and gifts received.
